From a blogpost of my friend Ran... Here's the paradox of serverless: It promises to simplify infrastructure, yet teams still struggle with: โข Configuration sprawl โข Inconsistent patterns โข Observability gaps โข Security compliance Platform Engineering solves this by
Hot take: Are we overcomplicating Kubernetes resource orchestration? ๐ค With tools like Crossplane V2, KRO, and ACK all competing for mindshare, the real question isn't "which is best?" but "which solves MY problem?" Before you jump on the latest hype train, ask yourself: โข

I just read this elsewhere - what do you think about this take? โI'm convinced in the future there are only 2 jobs left in the tech economy: โ Idea Guy (PM/Marketing) ($1M / yr) โ Execution Guy (Tech dude) ($500k / yr) Everything else is going to be handled by AIโ

40+ features shipped with #Kiro autonomous agents in 4 months ๐ The workflow that works: 1. Define clear requirements 2. Let agent implement 3. Review every PR thoroughly 4. Iterate on architecture Humans for strategy, AI for execution. #AgenticAI #AWS #BuildInPublic
๐ KRO vs. Crossplane V2: Which Kubernetes controller deserves a spot in your infrastructure? Crossplane has matured with V2, offering robust provider ecosystems and battle-tested reliability. Meanwhile, KRO brings fresh perspectives to Kubernetes-native resource management.
3 months building @nexus_share taught me: shipping imperfect features > perfecting unreleased ones. My rule now: โ If it solves 80% of the problem, ship it โ Let users tell you what's missing โ Iterate based on real feedback Perfectionism is expensive. User feedback is free.

I am nervous as my CI/CD pipeline on the main branch is broken and I canโt fix it. I can also not push new stuff out as I have a bunch of changes I need to test before promoting to production.. How do you deal with this? How do you avoid being too nervous about this?

OK, I broke my admin section in @nexus_share and my main branch is "poluted" with a lot of new features that I need to test before pushing them to production How do advice me to solve this? 1) Revert the commits to main 2) test and then push forward 3) other ideas?
Yesterday I broke my signup page for @nexus_share and I didn't even notice it. I just noticed, that noone added himself anymore and that no new users were registering. I was able to fix it quickly. How much automated tests do you have for your SaaS? #BuildInPublic
